Head Chef Ian Hewitt is a highly qualified chef, with more than 15 years experience.

We provide home dinner parties, buffets, hog roasts, barbecues, wedding  and christening celebrations, and all your catering requirements.

We create bespoke menus designed with you, your requirements, and your budget in mind.  We will meet prior to the event to discuss your requirements and design a menu. Then all you need to do is relax and wait for your guests to arrive, as everything will be taken care of. From the ultimate stress free dinner party to wonderful weddings and stunning buffets, we have everything covered.

Based in Christchurch, Dorset and covering a wide area of Dorset, West Hampshire, and The New Forest.

Message from the boss

Our aim is to create a menu to suit our clients' tastes and budgets, and to provide
a dining experience of the highest quality. By discussing requirements with a client,
and with our experience and skill, we are confident of achieving that aim.

Here a couple of examples for dinner parties previous clients have enjoyed

smoked duck, pinenut and rocket salad, raspberry vinaigrette
poached pear, dorset blue vinney and walnut salad


duo of lamb :- roasted rump and braised shoulder, dauphinoise potato, garlic
beans, red wine jus
fillet of seabass, saute potatoes and chorizo, butternut squash puree, cherry

fillet of beef wellington, thyme roasted potatoes, roasted vegetables, red wine jus

Why not encourage guests to interact by sharing starters and mains?

Sharing platters (such as sliced meats, smoked fish, shellfish, olives,
houmus, falafel, with mixed breads)


Roast Loin of pork (example only), crackling, apple sauce on a board, with new
potatoes and choice of salads and dressings. (A designated person on each table
would carve the pork.)
Poached Salmon, cold roast sirloin, honeyed ham, served with hot new
potatoes and choice of salads and dressings
